Soon after my last post of 26 days of yoga, I fell off the wagon. It all started with a big party over a holiday weekend, and my yoga streak and healthy eating habits went out the window for almost a week.
The lesson in this for me is to GET BACK UP! I started yoga up again this morning, took a morning walk, and I am still going ahead with my plan of adding on a new habit (journaling at least 3 pages a day). If I miss a day, I GET BACK UP. I continue. This is not about perfection. This is about building habits that will make my life more happy and healthy.
